Who we are
Signature Paving & Landscaping Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact us at signaturepavinglimited@gmail.com or 07538 315018 about your information or this notice. Our postal address is 116 Ballards Lane, London, N3 2DN, United Kingdom.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, town or postcode, selected service and project message. Your phone number is optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email, phone or WhatsApp. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. Without enough contact and project information, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quote.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your project and prepare a quotation, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use relevant customer information to arrange and deliver agreed work. We also use information where necessary for our legitimate interests in managing correspondence, maintaining website security and diagnosing email-delivery problems, and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Who processes website enquiries
Our website is hosted through 123 Reg managed WordPress hosting. Contact Form 7 handles the quote form, and FluentSMTP sends its emails through our business Gmail account. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service also processes your communication under its own privacy terms.
Our Google email connection
The Signature Website Email application uses the Gmail API to send website emails on behalf of signaturepavinglimited@gmail.com. It requests permission to send email, not to read the Gmail inbox. Visitors do not need to connect their Google accounts to request a quote. FluentSMTP’s authentication page is used when the business owner connects the account. Connection credentials are stored encrypted using WordPress keys. The business owner can revoke access in Google Account settings.
How long we keep information
We retain unsuccessful quote enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact, then review and remove them unless a specific legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. This is a manual retention process; Gmail does not automatically delete these messages. If an enquiry becomes a customer project, relevant records may be kept longer according to the work, warranty, accounting and legal requirements involved.
Website email logs help us investigate delivery problems and can include message details. FluentSMTP is currently set to delete logs automatically after 14 days. That setting does not delete Gmail messages or copies held in hosting backups.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Google Analytics is configured to measure website use and actions such as contact-button clicks and successful enquiry submissions. It is linked to Google Ads for advertising measurement. These services can process technical information such as device and browser details, pages visited, approximate location and online identifiers. Our custom enquiry event does not include the name, email address, phone number or project message entered into the form.
WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. Our cookie banner lets you accept or deny optional cookies and choose your preferences. We ask for consent for optional analytics cookies. You can change your choices using the consent controls in our Cookie Policy, and you can also manage or delete cookies through your browser.
Processing outside the UK
Our providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy information describes the locations, safeguards and controls that apply: Google Privacy Policy and 123 Reg Privacy Policy. Contact us for information about the providers used for your enquiry.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to or correction of your personal information, ask for deletion or restricted use, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact us using the details above; we may need to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
